  • What is your process for starting a new project?
    The process begins with an initial consultation, called a Discovery Call, to understand your copy needs and how I can best serve you. If we agree to work together, I'll provide you with the timeline and cost for the project. This is followed by a more in-depth call, known as the Kick-Off, where I learn your brand voice, target audience, etc. Next, I'll begin the research and writing process and keep you updated throughout the project. Finally, we'll have the Creative Review call where I present and walk through the copy to you, which is followed by any revisions necessary and finally, an invoice!
  • How do I get started?
    Getting started is easy! Use the contact form above to contact me. I’ll reply within 24 hours and we can schedule your Discovery Call!
  • How do I pay for your services?
    I invoice and my clients pay me through PayPal. I will also accept ApplePay. A partial deposit may be required upfront, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. Specific payment terms will be outlined in the project proposal.
  • Do you offer revisions?
    Absolutely! Client satisfaction is my top priority. I offer up to two rounds of revisions to ensure the final product meets your expectations. Additional revisions can be arranged if needed.
  • How much do your copywriting services cost?
    The cost of my services varies depending on the scope and complexity of the project. I offer customized quotes based on your specific requirements. After our discovery call, I'll understand the details of your project, and I'll be able to provide a precise quote.
  • How long will it take to complete my project?
    Turnaround times depend on the size and complexity of the project. I aim to deliver most projects within 5-10 business days. However, I can provide a more accurate timeline once I understand your needs.
  • Do you work with clients in specific industries?
    I have experience working with clients across various industries, including fashion, coaching, health and wellness, retail, and more. My versatile writing skills allow me to adapt to different industries and target audiences. However, writing for Christian organizations and non-profits that align with my values brings me the most joy.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
